Q: Can I rent the facility year round?
A: Yes. We have availability for rentals year round. Please note, we do not offer catering services from December through February.
Q: Is there wifi at your facility?
A: Yes, we have wifi access in our main hall (Spencer Hall) as well as in our dormitories and suites. Cabins and outdoor areas have limited wifi access.
Q: Do you offer site tours?
A: Yes, please contact our rentals coordinator to set up a viewing appointment. Due to our summer camp and licensed childcare programs we do not permit visitors to tour site unaccompanied by one of our staff.
Q: Does your facility serve alcohol?
A: We do not serve alcohol at our facility. Groups wishing to serve alcohol during their event must obtain a liquor license and provide us with a copy 2 weeks prior to the event. Belligerent drinking will not be tolerated.
Q: Is smoking permitted on site?
A: We discourage smoking at our facility. Guests who smoke are restricted to our outdoor gazebo area where a disposal container is provided. There is no drug use permitted on site.
Q: Is your site pet friendly?
A: Unfortunately we do not allow pets on property. Registered service animals are permitted but must be arranged with our rentals coordinator 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival on site.
Q: Is there a minimum number of guests for catering?
A: Yes. We charge for a minimum of 40 adults for catering services.
Q: Can my group self-cater?
A: Yes. Our Branter Lodge has a full kitchen that many smaller groups cater from. Our industrial kitchen is rented on a case by case basis – please speak to our rentals coordinator for more information.
Q: Can you accommodate special diets?
A: Yes. We can provide gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options. We do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our catering. At this time we are unable to provide vegan, Halal or Kosher meals. Please contact our rentals coordinator for further information.
Q: How are meals served at camp?
A: We provide cafeteria style meal service.
Q: How many people does your dining hall seat?
A: We are set up to comfortably seat 150 guests in our dining hall. Please speak to our rentals coordinator about options for additional seating.
Q: How many guests can you accommodate?
A: During the winter months we have 77 beds available in heated buildings with power and wifi. In warmer months an additional 108 beds are available in our summer cabins.
Q: Is tenting available? Or RVs/Trailers?
A: We are not a campground and do NOT accept walk in tenters. Larger events such as weddings or family reunions who have booked our facility and may require additional accommodations may book tents and/or RVs. We do not offer power or septic hookups for RVs.
Q: Do you provide linens?
A: No. We are setup more like a hostel and guests are asked to bring their own towels, sheets, pillows and blankets.
Q: Are your accommodations wheelchair accessible?
A: Our Branter Lodge and Grace lodge offer full wheelchair accessibility. Our summer cabins, Butler Lodge and Spencer Suite have limited wheelchair access.
Q: Do guests pay for rooms individually?
A: No. We charge groups per building. Your event coordinator will be responsible for booking buildings with us and then dividing their guests amongst the rooms.
Q: Are there washroom facilities in each building?
A: Our Branter Lodge and Butler Lodge have shared bathroom and shower facilities on each floor. Spencer Suite and Grace Lodge have private washrooms. The cabins do not have washroom facilities. Guests accommodating in our cabins or tenting may use our “North Pole” building – a provincial park style bathroom and shower facility located behind cabin row.
