George Pringle Memorial Camp is owned by the United Church of Canada. The camp is operated by the registered Not-For-Profit Society – the George Pringle Memorial Camp Society. The society holds it’s AGM in February of each year. Our 2015 Annual Report is available here.
Members of the Society elect a Board of Directors, who meet at a minimum of quarterly (or more frequently in committee work). The board of directors are responsible for the governance, policy direction and funding of Camp Pringle. Directors serve for a maximum of 6 years and represent United Churches from Vancouver Island, community user groups and the many people who feel that “Camp” is important.
