George Pringle Memorial Camp is owned by the United Church of Canada. The camp is operated by the registered Not-For-Profit Society – the George Pringle Memorial Camp Society. The society holds it’s AGM in February of each year. Our 2016 Annual Report is available here.

The society is always looking for new members – an application form to join the society is available as a fill-able MS Word document or printable PDF document .

Members of the Society elect a Board of Directors, who meet at a minimum of quarterly (or more frequently in committee work). The board of directors are responsible for the governance, policy direction and funding of Camp Pringle. Directors serve for a maximum of 6 consecutive years and represent United Churches from Vancouver Island, community user groups and the many people who feel that “Camp” is important.

Members of the board of directors include the following:
Executive:
Rev. Murray Groom (Chair); Virginia MacCarthy (Vice-Chair); Christine Blackburn (Secretary); Mike McAuley (Treasurer)
