| Good Afternoon Families, Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate COVID-19. The safety of our participants, our renters and our staff remains our top priority. We have made the following updates regarding our licensed childcare, open house, summer camps and private rental bookings. Facility Rental Bookings – We have CANCELLED all facility bookings for May 2020. Rentals booked in June can expect a status update from us by May 15th. Licensed Childcare – The out of school care program is CLOSED while schools remain closed. Families will receive updates from us that align with recommendations from Island Health, School District 79 and the ministry of education. Open House – Our free annual open house is scheduled for June 7th. We will confirm if we will run this event as planned by May 15th. Family Camps (May-June) – We have POSTPONED our family camps to June 19-21, 2020. We will confirm if we will run this family camp by May 15th. Online registration is open to families of all ages and all identities. We have EXTENDED our Early Bird Discount! Pay in full by June 1 and receive a 15% discount on your camp fees. Summer Camps (July-August) – Online Registration is open and we are planning to run summer camps as scheduled. Campers can expect a status update from us on June 5th. We have EXTENDED our Early Bird Discount! Pay in full by June 1 and receive a 15% discount on your camp fees. *Please note, the Camp Pringle main office phone is not monitored regularly.
